For now, instead of public plans, we are selecting a limited number of Shopify stores to validate volumes, settings, and the real post-order workflow.
Applying does not commit you. We review monthly orders, store URL, current confirmation process, and whether we can configure the test properly.

An order where the customer answers, the call reaches a result, and Callfirmed records it as confirmed, cancelled, changed, or needing a person.
No. Failed attempts and no-answer calls are not counted as processed orders. A retry can be scheduled based on your settings.
No. Every plan includes the full product. The difference is included monthly volume and the price for additional processed orders after that volume.
The plan is selected by volume. If you are not sure which plan fits, start with an application and the first 5 processed orders.
Callfirmed does not sell telephony. The product handles a commerce workflow: call, confirmation, record, and next action in Shopify.
Shopify is the first supported platform. WooCommerce, CloudCart, CRM/ERP, and carrier integrations are planned.
